The event also invites collaboration with the Department of Sculpture at National Taiwan University of Arts, the College of Fine Arts at Taipei National University of the Arts, and Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts in Japan. This collaboration aims to connect the academic world with diverse perspectives, ensuring the call for entries reaches a global audience and attracts artists worldwide.

Artists aged 18 and above, with works primarily composed of materials suitable for long-term display, are eligible to compete.
